Gordon Brown, Heather Thomas and Heather’s husband, Andre Wyche, were featured in book about “homelessness and the efforts to end it.” Gordon is one of the founding directors of APTS.

Both Heather and Andre have volunteered with APTS. Heather developed and currently directs the A Place to Thrive program for APTS.

Peer-to-Peer Group
A Place to Stand is sponsoring a peer-to-peer support group for homeless or formerly homeless individuals. This allows an opportunity for sharing experiences and resources. APTS will provide space for the meetings and contribute refreshments and other resources for this group. For more information contact us.
